Just email us your guest list (be sure to put your order number in the email).
We recommend adding a few extra for blanks, incase people drop out really close to the day and you want to handwrite replacements last minute. (If you add 60 and provide us with 55 names, we will automatically include the extra 5 as blanks).
IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR GUEST LIST IN TABLE ORDER, CLEARLY STATING WHICH GUESTS ARE TOGETHER, WE WILL GROUP THE PLACE CARDS IN THEIR SIGNIFICANT GROUPS WHEN PACKAGING THEM, SO THAT IT IS EASIER FOR YOU/THE VENUE TO PUT OUT ON THE DAY.
We often get asked how the names should be written, for example, the person’s first name only, full name, or relationship to you etc. There is no right or wrong, it is entirely personal choice. You can opt for first name only, first name with surname (and title if you wish), their relationship to you i.e. “Nan”, their nickname or their role on the day, for example; “Best Man”. You can even have both the name and their role. So on your list you can put “Steven - Best Man” (the name will be more dominant, with their role smaller and below their name).
